Summary
Pettus, at the close of his introduction, says "I shall shortly present you with a Dictionary of such words as concern the Metallick and Chemick Arts with their Interpretations; a Specimen whereof is at the end of the book." This "Dictionary" appears to be the second volume of Pettus' Fleta Minor (1683), described on its title-page as holding "ESSAYS on Metallick Words, as a DICTIONARY to many pleasing DISCOURSES."
